A new Starbucks location under an NNN ground lease is set to open in March 2022, featuring a 20-year primary term with scheduled rent increases and a termination option after 10 years. Strategically positioned along Loganville Highway near SR-316, the site benefits from high traffic volume, proximity to major retail centers like Barrow Crossing, and strong demographics, including a population of 17,355 within a 3-mile radius. The location is further enhanced by its placement at a new diamond interchange, part of Georgia’s SR-316 infrastructure project, and its proximity to Barrow County and Gwinnett County airports, universities, and a planned 2,000-acre research park. As part of the Atlanta MSA, a thriving economic hub with 6.1 million residents, this Starbucks stands to benefit from the region’s rapid growth and dynamic commercial environment.
